Every client is evaluated face to face at least once before any brief will be worked on. Our clients must present to us "reasons why?" a successful consultant in a hot desk might consider their organisation as an option. It' s no coincidence that our client base consists only of the top tier of consultancies.
Every candidate that we work with will have been met (because most will have been headhunted, usually on neutral territory). They will be thoroughly interviewed, profiled and briefed on suitable opportunities before their talents are discussed with any client.
